Donnie’s passion for performance is rivaled only by his dedication. He is a hands-on professional constructor who is constantly looking for new ways to creatively solve clients’ problems. He approaches project challenges strategically, meticulously manages schedules, motivates teams and works well with peers, executives and clients alike.

Donnie has developed bids, negotiated contracts and even owned his own contracting company, He leads by example with active participation throughout the course of any given project.

Professional Experience

Donnie has extensive knowledge and experience managing every facet of multimillion dollar construction projects from acquisitions, due diligence, the architectural and engineering design processes, the entire governmental permitting process from land use legal entitlements through approvals, to final closeouts and directing multiple trades within the confines of aggressive schedules. He is an expert in complex deals, business development, contract and lease negotiations, project planning, scheduling, cost analysis, preparing capital improvement scopes and budget planning.

Donnie prides himself on his ability to bring measurable value to clients. From acquisitions, land development, demolitions, renovations, repositioning of NJ real estate, site improvements and new construction to maintaining OSHA standards and regulations, he identifies opportunities that make the design + build process more efficient for all parties involved. Donnie has been a key player in the construction of millions of square feet of commercial, industrial and retail space. Most recently, Donnie has been managing a 36’ clear height, 193,805 sq-ft industrial distribution facility in Carlstadt, New Jersey as well as a massive 36’ clear height, 661,741 sq-ft industrial speculative warehouse in Newark, New Jersey.
