Diana is a project manager at our corporate office who works closely with our Chicago-area clients. She joined PREMIER as a creative problem solver who is completely dedicated to crafting actionable, practical plans that bring client visions to life.

She is a skilled decision maker who anticipates challenges and addresses them strategically. She is tenacious when it comes to resolving issues and providing insight and optimization. Her commitment to helping clients increase ROI and peace of mind is matched by her ability to achieve goals and consistently maintain progress throughout any given project.

She truly shines as a project manager who is an expert in several areas—change management, design build construction, job estimating/bidding, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, staff development, value engineering, issue resolution and contract administration. Diana has been instrumental in the construction of thousands of square feet for industrial and commercial projects in the Chicagoland area.

Professional Experience

Diana has more than 16 years of industry experience. She began her career in property management— ensuring tenant challenges were resolved and regulatory and safety issues were addressed. As a project manager, she has overseen project plans, building design and documentation. She is adept at providing cost estimates and reviewing construction drawings. She maintains full oversight and accountability for complex projects.

Recent key achievements to her credit include the development and construction of an industrial business park that houses five multi-tenant buildings ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 77,000 square feet. A total of 59 tenant build-outs went in under her lead, as well as a 62,500 square-foot sports complex.

Diana is currently managing the design + construction of a 36’ clear height, 323,343 square-foot speculative industrial distribution facility in Cicero, Illinois.
