General Superintendent Ed Lebak

Ed Lebak is the general superintendent for PREMIER’s South- east Division with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Ed’s professional knowledge of job site logistics management and contract operations ensures jobs are seen through to completion as intended by PREMIER clients.

Daily responsibilities include supervision of all physical aspects of construction for PREMIER’s Southeast Division in strict accordance with contract documents, verification of safety compliance across all trades, quality control, relationship management and day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.

Professional Experience

Ed has overseen numerous projects for PREMIER out of the Midwest corporate office including: new construction of an industrial speculative facility in the O’Hare submarket spanning124,028 sq ft in Elk Grove Village, Illinois; a 363,711 sq ft industrial build-to-suit for an undisclosed Fortune 500 company; a 120,000 sq ft industrial redevelopment project in Elk Grove Village, Illinois; and a new 17,000 sq ft commercial office build-to-suit in Itasca, Illinois.

Since Ed’s relocation to PREMIER’s Southeast Division, Ed has overseen construction of: a new speculative industrial facility in Dania Beach, Florida spanning 189,620 sq ft; two new speculative industrial warehouses totaling 229,330 sq ft also in Dania Beach, Florida and a new speculative industrial warehouse in Davie, Florida at 145,800 sq ft.
