Jeramy Mahfet Project Manager

Project Manager Jeramy Mahfet partners with California clients of PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC, committed to their long-term business growth and fuel economic growth across the Golden State—where he was raised and where he makes his home.

He developed his leadership and collaborative communication skills working on multiple successful projects in Southern California before he joined PREMIER. He is focused on both immediate returns and the long-term profitability of the clients he serves.

Jeramy has extensive experience in scheduling and field coordination and has specialized in industrial and commercial sector construction. He is particularly passionate about working on sustainable design + build projects and he enjoys giving back to the community that has given so much to him.

Professional Experience

Two concepts have been the hallmarks of his professional career: customer-focused project management and collaboration. When a major global automaker was looking for a new facility, Jeramy was the team leader who delved deep to understand the company’s needs and formulate a plan. That work was key to helping build a 450,000 sq ft, $200 million Gold LEED certified office building to meet the auto giant’s demands.

He also worked hand in hand with a developer to build a speculative $30 million mixed-use center that attracted top retail, restaurant and office tenants. Not surprisingly, these two projects were completed in the region he knows best—Southern California. Most recently, he was the lead for a renovation project and ensured that it came in on time and under a strict budget. His work has helped a world-class California airport better serve the millions of passengers that travel through its busiest terminal every year. Jeramy looks to reach new heights with PREMIER clients as well. Currently, Jeramy is working on a large industrial spec warehouse in The City of Industry spanning 421,478 sq ft; an industrial park in Fontana, California consisting of two speculative warehouse buildings totaling 878,839 sq ft and an interior-build out at Jurupa Business Park.
