As Vice President, Joe oversees day-to-day coordination of projects, including estimating, design, permitting, scheduling and contract administration. He understands that every project has its own unique challenges. Joe takes pride in finding solutions, and more, he anticipates and addresses problematic issues before they arise. "When we develop clear communication and trust at project inception, every step to completion is smoother.

Professional Experience

Joe has been directly involved in planning and overseeing construction of more than 60 facilities totaling more than two million square feet.

Included in Joe's project history are: a two-story medical office building totaling more than 58,000 square feet, a tenant improvement project for the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago outpatient Clinic in the same facility, a 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art cancer treatment center for the University of Chicago Medicine, a linear accelerator vault expansion and a two-story administrative building totaling 30,000 square feet, all of which are located at the Silver Cross Hospital medical campus in New Lenox, Illinois.

Joe completed an 11,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center in suburban Toledo, Ohio, a 12,000 square foot dental facility in Bolingbrook, Illinois and numerous other medical projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

Joe recently completed a 365,000 square foot build-to-suit for FREEMAN's Chicago office and production facility in McCook, Illinois, which received a LEED Silver status from the U.S. Green Building Council.
