As project manager, Mark Melone oversees the daily coordination of projects including: estimating, design, scheduling, permits and contract administration. Mark’s experience allows him to accomplish unique projects that force the team to think in innovative and creative ways, while providing a seamless navigation of diverse challenges for clients. From the first day in to the last day out, Mark ensures client needs are consistently met and project requirements are satisfied.

Mark focuses on sustainability, interior build-outs, large commercial office and industrial speculative and build-to-suit projects. Mark brings over 12 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

Professional Experience

Highlights of Melone’s experience include: two speculative warehouse distribution facilities totaling over 400,000 square feet in Aurora, Illinois, a 127,313 square foot warehouse expansion and interior build-out for a world leader of commercial-grade lawn equipment in Lake Zurich, Illinois, a four-story 169,000 square foot, Class A, LEED Gold office building in Lincolnshire, Illinois, a 255,000 square foot LEED Silver warehouse facility located in Gurnee, Illinois, two separate industrial speculative warehouses in Elk Grove Village, Illinois totaling 250,000 square feet. Also included is a building expansion and themed interior build-out for a reverse-logistics truck brokerage.
