Michael’s daily responsibilities as Vice President include day-to-day coordination of projects, including estimating, design, permitting, scheduling and contract administration. Michael’s expertise comes from a thorough understanding of the construction industry through his experience as a consultant to individual trade and general contractors. His past experience with restructuring field and office operations enables him to maximize efficiencies, reduce overhead and expand profit margins.

Professional Experience

Included in Michael’s project history are: Phase I of a theater remodel, which included the renovation of the lobby and common areas across multiple building levels; Phase II of the theater - a build-out of a new 3,500 sq ft bar and lounge in Chicago, IL; a remodel of a cafeteria and employee facilities for a communications company in Bellwood, IL; the interior build-out of a new 2,000 sq ft sales center for the National Cremation Society in Niles, IL; vanilla box construction of single story, multi-unit retail tenant facilities ranging from 6,000- 12,000 sq ft for a private development firm; Bridge Point Cross Roads West, a 242,859 sq ft industrial spec warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, FL; Bridge Point Crossroads South, two industrial spec buildings, 243,296 sq ft and 255,846 sq ft in Hialeah Gardens, FL; Bridge Point I-95 - 2 industrial spec buildings totaling over 300,000 sq ft.
