Rosa brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry to PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC. As Director of Project Administration, Rosa is directly responsible for organizing, directing and controlling project activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing COI's, owner's and subcontractors contracts, waivers and payment applications. Rosa maintains PREMIER's level of exceptional customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

Rosa is also in charge of purchasing office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and keeping all PREMIER employees supplied with everything they need to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
