(Sunrise, FL – February 6, 2016) – PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC completes construction of a speculative industrial warehouse in Broward County, Florida for Bridge Development Partners, LLC. Bridge Point Davie is located at 3501 SW 46th Avenue in Davie, FL, and tenants can now take advantage of 145,800 sq ft of adaptable warehouse space.
Bridge Point Davie is part of a booming industrial movement in Broward County that is leading economic growth in Southeast Florida. This is the third project PREMIER has completed in the county since entering the Southeast market early in 2014. Broward is the second most populous county in all of Florida, with more than 1.7 million current residents and a large workforce as well.
Potential tenants of Bridge Point Davie can look to this workforce as a great benefit to their businesses. In addition, the 9.7 acres of land that Bridge Point Davie occupies is easily accessible from I-595, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Shipping is convenient as Davie is near Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
"PREMIER is pleased to complete another top-quality project in Southeast Florida," says Brian Paul, PREMIER Executive Vice President. "The success of this project has helped us to further settle into this market and we look forward to building on this success for years to come."
Bridge Point Davie is a Class A facility featuring 32’ clear-height warehouse spaces, 43 truck dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system and 800 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service. To accommodate a busy warehouse, 241 parking stalls will be built.
Mark Melone and Michael Pacini were the project managers and Ed Lebak was field superintendent from PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC. RLC Architects provided architectural services and Landplan Engineering Group, Inc. was the civil engineer. David Wigoda and Steve Wasserman of Jones Lang LaSalle are representing the building.
