(Sunrise, FL – December 14, 2016) – Bridge Development Partners, LLC selected PREMIER Design + Build, LLC to lead construction of a state-of-the-art industrial distribution warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. As construction fast-tracks, tenants can think about leasing space in the 255,846 square-foot facility as early as first quarter, 2017.
This excellent location places the new distribution center near the Turnpike, US 27, SR 826 and I-75 via NW 138th Street and will also be conveniently located near the sea and airports of Broward and Dade counties. These counties afford future tenants access to a large labor pool—Dade County is the most populous county in Florida and the 7th most populous county in the United States
"Southern Florida is a strategic distribution hub that drives commerce across the United States," says PREMIER Vice President Michael Pacini.
The industrial buildings we construct are in high demand today – they are modern and adaptable for future modifications and cater to today’s sophisticated end users here in the Southeast.
The new facility will be one of many Class A facilities to occupy the massive 920,000 square foot industrial park – this particular building will occupy 16.9 acres of land within that park.
The state-of-the-art facility will feature 32 ft clear-height warehouse spaces, 75 truck dock positions, an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system and 1600 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service. Additionally, 252 parking spaces will be provided for business tenants and their employees.
Ytiel Lopez is the PREMIER project manager and Andrew Perez is field superintendent. RLC Architects is providing architectural services and Thomas Engineering Group is the civil engineer. Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez with Cushman & Wakefield are representing the building.
