(Sunrise, FL – August 2, 2016) – Bridge Development Partners, LLC chooses PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC to build a 306,855 sq ft facility comprised of two warehouses in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, located at Sunrise Boulevard and Interstate 95. Companies will be able to move into the state-of-the-art facility in the spring of 2017.
Tenants will have the benefit of being located in Broward County, one of the leading economic forces in Southeast Florida and the second most populous county (1.7 million people) in Florida. This is the fifth project that PREMIER is working on in Broward County since entering the Southeast market early in 2013.
Located near the busy I-95 experessway, the new facility will also be conveniently accessible from I-595. Of interest to business tenants looking for distribution options, the state-of-the-art complex is situated near Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Tenants can also take advantage of the many amenities available in Fort Lauderdale's popular downtown area.

Warehouse One of the facility offers 166,370 sq ft to business tenants while Warehouse Two provides 140,096 sq ft. Both warehouse feature 32 ft clear-height warehouse spaces, 58 truck dock positions, 3 drive-in doors, an ESFR fire portection sprinkler system and polyisocyanurate-insulated TPO roofing system. A parking lot with 396 parking stalls has been built to accomodate new tenants.
Ytiel Lopez is the project manager and Chuck Rugila is the field superintendent from PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC. Bridge Development Partners, LLC is the developer. RLC Architects is providing architectural services. Samantha Cristiano, Tony Hoover and Larry Genet with CBRE are brokering the facility. Flynn Engineering is the civil engineer and DDA is providing structural engineering services.
