(Itasca, IL – May 4, 2016) – PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC welcomes Jeramy Mahfet as a project manager out of their California office. He will help develop quality design + build projects and partner closely with business clients across the Golden State.
Mahfet began his career in construction management with a high-profile firm where he focused on large projects and design sustainability. He thrived on customer-focused project management and innovative collaboration. Notably, he was an integral part of a team that built a 450,000 sq ft, $200 million Gold LEED certified office building for a major global automaker. He also managed construction of a $30 million mixed-use center to include retail, restaurant and office tenants. Both projects were developed in Southern California.
The last four years of his career have been focused in that region where he has built his resume working with some of the biggest organizations in the public and private sectors. “This is my home, and I want my clients to know that I am here to earn their trust and help them over the long-term,” says Mahfet. Most recently, he showed this commitment by helping a world-class airport renovate one of its busiest terminals. He worked within a strict budget, delivered on time and ensured a safe jobsite.

Mahfet is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and earned a degree in Civil Engineering at California State University, Fullerton.
