(Sunrise, FL – July 13, 2015) PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC completes their second project in Broward County’s Dania Beach, a speculative industrial facility now available for lease.
PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC was selected by Bridge Development Partners, LLC to lead construction of Bridge Point Marina Mile. Construction of the 189,620 sq ft Class A industrial spec facility was recently finished and is now available to prospective tenants.
Bridge Point Marina Mile is located at 3400 SW 30th Avenue in Dania Beach, Florida on a 16.5-acre parcel. Tenants of this state-of-the-art facility will benefit from its proximity to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. Tenants can also select from a local labor pool from towns throughout Broward County.

Marina Mile is the second industrial facility completed by PREMIER in the Southeast market. Bridge Point Port 95 was the first, and several other construction projects are currently underway.
Building envelope materials for Bridge Point Marina Mile consist of concrete tilt-wall, structural steel and a 45 mil TPO roofing system. Onsite storm water management is handled by exfiltration trenches and both wet and dry retention. The facility features 32’ clear-height warehouse spaces, 26 truck dock positions, an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system and 1600 amp, 277/480 volt electrical service and a parking lot with 238 stalls.

David Wigoda and Steve Wasserman of Jones Lang LaSalle represent the building. RLC Architects provided the architectural design and Landplan Engineering provided engineering services.
