They are determined to find tailored and pragmatic solutions for each project. They’re in it to bring about the greatest value to the client,” says Adianez. “This shared mindset of integrity and focus really attracted me to the company.”
Her overall responsibilities include project management by way of problem solving, developing critical path schedules and subcontract administration, which includes contract negotiation, financial management and bidding, budgeting and scheduling. Additionally, Adianez works with field superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities for each design + build project to which she is appointed. She is instrumental in monitoring and controlling projects through administrative direction to ensure projects are in line with the schedule and within the agreed upon fiscal estimate.
Adianez began her project management career at a leading contractor in Miami, Florida. While there, she managed 15 to 20 projects at a time. She maintained project schedules, generated monthly project reports, reviewed warranties and assisted with the procurement process.
Subsequently, she moved to a major engineering and construction company in Miami where she took on larger projects and responsibilities. Prior to coming to PREMIER, she worked at a leading design + build corporation. Over the years, she has taken a more active role in planning budgets and tracking spending. “Adianez is as energetic as she is diligent,” says PREMIER Vice President Michael Pacini. “Her passion for project management is second to none and her energy is contagious. That combination will pay dividends for our South Florida clients. We are excited to have her with us."
She is currently working on a state-of-the-art, class A, industrial distribution center located in Fort Lauderdale that will span 220,000+ square feet upon completion.
