(Irvine, CA – September 15, 2016) – PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC proudly welcomes Adrian Lopez to our Southwest Division office as an Assistant Superintendent. He has served for nearly 25 years in the construction industry as a team lead and enthusiastic advocate for client projects. We look forward to bringing that energy to PREMIER’s clients in the Golden State.

Lopez has deep ties to Southern California, where he has lived and has spent his entire career. He began as a construction laborer, became a carpenter and earned the title of construction foreman thanks to his leadership skills and ability to deliver results. In fact, the last 16 years of his career was spent at a leading California construction company, so he understands every facet of design + build and has extensive knowledge of subcontractors in the region as well as building regulations.
Lopez has delivered a large variety of successful industrial and commercial projects—and was instrumental in completing a massive 1,000,000 square-foot warehouse in California. He has also built business parks and distribution centers across the state. One logistics center of note totaled 366,698 square feet. Another distribution center is now being used by a brand that is part of a Fortune 500 company—that center spans 407,612 square feet.

While Lopez's 24/7 commitment to his clients is clear, he is just as passionate about giving back to his community. He grew up in Pomona, California, and looks forward to helping businesses fuel the state's economy and beyond.
