PREMIER Design + Build Group Selected to Build Undisclosed Midwest Distribution Center

(Itasca, IL – June 11, 2014) – PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC begins construction on a Fortune 500 company's Midwest distribution center.

NAR Development has selected PREMIER to partner with them in the construction of the client’s newest Midwest distribution hub, an industrial grade warehouse facility located in Naperville, Illinois. The 363,711 square foot structure, located in Naperville’s industrial park will serve the company’s Chicagoland retail locations.

The exterior of the building will be comprised of precast, steel and prefinished metal canopies. Included in the design were special areas to store flammables and other related products. A retail section will be available to consumers.

An asphalt parking lot with concrete dock paving will be installed allowing for 375 parking stalls. Anticipated completion for the project is 4th quarter of 2014.

“This is an exciting project,” states PREMIER President Alan Zocher. “NAR Development and the City of Naperville were instrumental in achieving a phased project turnover essential for the tenant’s needs.”

Julie Mahnich is the project manager overseeing the development and Matt Robson is the project superintendent. Cornerstone Architects is providing architectural services and Reuttiger, Tonelli & Associates is the civil engineer. Tom Boyle and David Friedland of Transwestern are the brokers representing NAR Development and Adam Roth of NAI Hiffman is representing the tenant.
