November 14, 2024 (Irvine, CA) –PREMIER Design + Build Group has started construction on LogistiCenter® at Irvine I & II, marking their first project in the Southern California Region for Dermody Properties. The project consists of two LEED Certified industrial facilities totaling 224,920 square feet, designed to meet the highest standards of functionality and sustainability.
LogistiCenter® at Irvine I is a 133,320-square-foot freestanding industrial building situated on six acres. It features 10,000 square feet of office/mezzanine space, a 36’ clear height, 15 dock doors with dock bumpers, one drive-in door, and 108 parking stalls.
Adjacent to it, LogistiCenter® at Irvine II is a ±91,600 square-foot industrial facility on 4.4 acres. This building includes 8,200 square feet of office/mezzanine space, a 36’ clear height, 11 dock doors, one drive-in door, and 74 parking stalls.
The development offers a strategic location for businesses focused on efficient logistics and international trade, with close proximity to major transportation hubs. Situated near John Wayne Airport (SNA), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and key ports like the Port of Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles, the location ensures swift access to both domestic and global markets.
The anticipated completion is set for early 2025. PREMIER’s team for LogistiCenter® at Irvine I & II is led by Project Manager Matt Lindsay, with support from Assistant Project Manager Victor Xu, Project Engineer Madeline Rappaport, Superintendent Keith Johnson, and Director of Construction Nick Palmer. The team is working in collaboration with HPA Architecture (architectural design), Darin Fong and Associates Inc. (structural engineering), Tait Engineering (civil engineering), Kier + Wright (civil engineer), Gregg Electric (electrical), and Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing (plumbing). CBRE is serving as the real estate broker for LogistiCenter® at Irvine.
