April 1, 2025 (Iselin, N.J.) – PREMIER Design + Build Group is pleased to announce the addition of Fred Castelbuono as Vice President of Field Operations. In this role, Castelbuono will oversee all field activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality while strengthening PREMIER’s growing presence in the Eastern region.

As a PMP-certified Senior Construction Professional, Castelbuono brings multi-disciplinary experience in a wide range of sectors, including industrial, healthcare, multifamily, commercial, and hospitality across the Eastern seaboard. His expertise is seen at every stage of the project lifecycle, making him a valuable asset.

Castelbuono’s educational background includes a degree in Building and Construction Management from New York University and certification in Mechanical and Electrical Systems from Lincoln Technical Institute. He prides himself on his ability to enhance collaboration on jobsites, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination across teams.
