We are beyond thrilled to share that PREMIER Design + Build Group has officially broken ground on Phase II of the Victory Logistics District in Fernley, Nevada! This next stage of development, in partnership with Mark IV Capital, marks a significant milestone in the expansion of this 4,300-acre industrial hub.
Phase II of the Victory Logistics District involves the preparation of 324 acres for future development. Our team is undertaking extensive grading work and initiating critical road and utility infrastructure to support forthcoming industrial, manufacturing, and data center facilities. These efforts ensure that Victory Logistics District will be a premier location for businesses seeking state-of-the-art logistics solutions.
To date, nearly 2,000,000 square feet of distribution space has been successfully completed across three buildings. Each facility boasts cutting-edge specifications to accommodate modern industrial needs. The newly constructed buildings feature 36’-40’ clear heights, ensuring ample vertical space for storage and operations. Buildings B and C are equipped with 26-28 dock positions, while the expansive Building D2 includes 120 dock positions, providing superior accessibility and efficiency for logistics and distribution operations.
The Victory Logistics District is making a profound economic impact on the region, driving substantial growth, creating tens of thousands of jobs, and strengthening the local economy. PREMIER is honored to contribute to the local community of Fernley and northern Nevada as a whole.
