Each building is constructed with precast and steel, adorned with grey-tinted glass panels within clear anodized aluminum framing systems, ensuring a sleek and modern aesthetic. Advanced features include an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system, EPDM R-30 ballasted roofing, and positive pressure heating systems, underscoring a commitment to safety and sustainability. In addition, landscaping installations include trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems, harmonizing nature with infrastructure.
