Nestled in Hyde Park, Chicago, it enjoys strategic proximity to major expressways, including I-90, I-94, and I-55, within Cook County, Illinois. Through a meticulous renovation process, original brick walls were repurposed, infusing the interior with a distinctive blend of vintage and contemporary industrial aesthetics, complemented by collaborative spaces featuring mezzanine steel structures and an industrial lighting grid. This dynamic environment accommodates up to 150 students in cooperative settings and offers dedicated office spaces for the management team, promoting adaptability and innovation at its core.
