Phase II of the Chicago Innovation Exchange, Doerr, situated in Hyde Park, Chicago's vibrant heart, undergoes a transformative renewal, emphasizing a complete overhaul of its interior and a meticulous restoration of its masonry façade. This project exemplifies the power of innovation through adaptive reuse, showcasing the potential of existing spaces. With an intricately detailed terra-cotta cornice and a contemporary canopy, the building offers an inviting entry, showcasing its remarkable architecture. Within, the integration of original brick walls fosters a unique industrial aesthetic, contributing to a one-of-a-kind design.
