Garden State Logistics
The Garden State Logistics Campus is situated on an overall site of 282 acres of land. Located in Pennsville Township, New Jersey just of the Delaware Memorial Bridge, it is strategically placed for easy access to Interstate 295 and in close proximity to Port of Wilmington, Philadelphia Airport, and Port of Philadelphia. Building A is a 1,200,507-square-foot cross dock facilities, with 40’ clear heights, 222 dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, 421 trailer stalls, 1,160 auto parking stalls, and (2) 2,000 amp electrical systems. Building B is a 512,442-square-foot front-loaded industrial facility, that includes 40’ clear height, 54 dock positions, 4 drive-in doors, 350 trailer stalls, 667 auto parking stalls, and (2) 1,600 amp electrical systems. Both facilities envelope materials include precast walls with punched windows and curtainwall, 60 mil TPO with R-20 insulation roofs, ESFR, K-22 system designed to accommodate Class 1-4 Commodities and Cartoned Unexpanded Plastics, and LED high bay light fixtures with motion sensors have been provided for “stumble lighting” at each office.
