PREMIER completed the first four buildings within this state-of-the-art logistics park and was then contracted to complete tenant buildouts for recognized brands: UNIQLO and Mark Anthony Brands. To prepare the site, demolition and environmental remediation work was executed, including the creation of retention ponds, a stormwater dam, and bioretention basins.
