These structures stand tall with a 36’ clear height, boasting a construction envelope made of precast and glass. Utilizing mechanically fastened TPO, R-22 insulation, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system, each building is equipped for safety and durability. Building 3 encompasses 599,640 square feet, while Building 6 offers 413,250 square feet, and the largest, Building 7, provides a massive 1,027,140 square feet of space.
