GLENVIEW, IL

The Logistics Campus

Located on Sanders Road, adjacent to Interstate 294 in Glenview, Illinois, The Logistics Campus features state-of-the-art, Class A, sustainable design and construction. The expansive campus offers an unparalleled location with immediate access to I-294 and close proximity to O’Hare International Airport. Phase 1 of The Logistics Campus consists of more than 1.2 million square feet spread out over 5 buildings with over 2 million square feet available for future phases.

In a unique sustainability effort to preserve green space on the expansive campus project, PREMIER collaborated with multiple arborists to transplant 400 mature trees on the property that would typically be demolished. These trees now flourish in dedicated green areas with newly created trails, inviting the community to enjoy the natural landscape. The project met and exceeded all rules and regulations, including the Village of Glenview’s Tree Standards Manual which works to protect landmark trees and contribute to the area’s overall sustainability.
